The Hoodie Club is a service provided by Dunns Imaging
1. Introduction
Welcome to The Hoodie Club, operated by Dunns Imaging Group Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order through our website or directly with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.
2. Product Information

All hoodies are custom made based on the details, designs, and colours provided at the time of ordering.

Product images and colours shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and garment dye batches.

Design placement may vary slightly depending on garment size and print method.
3. Personalisation and Design Approval

Once designs are submitted, we will provide a proof for approval before production begins.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check all spelling, names, and design details carefully before giving approval.

Once approved, no further changes can be made, and The Hoodie Club cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
4. Sizing

Garment sizes are approximate and may vary slightly.

A size guide is provided to assist you in selecting the correct size. We recommend customers check the measurements carefully before ordering, as personalised items cannot be exchanged or refunded due to incorrect sizing.
5. Payments and Orders

Full payment is required before production begins.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and the design has been approved.

For bulk or school orders, payment terms may be agreed in advance with Dunns Imaging Group Ltd.
6. Production and Delivery

Standard production time is approximately 3–4 weeks from design approval.

During peak seasons (March–July), lead times may be extended; we recommend ordering early.

Delivery will be made to the school or individual as arranged.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds

As all products are custom made, refunds or exchanges are not available unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by us.

Any issues with products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

If a product is defective, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
8. Data Protection

Personal information (such as student names) used for design purposes will be handled in compliance with the UK GDPR.

Data is stored securely and deleted once the order process is complete.

We will never share customer information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order.
9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, design templates, and branding remain the intellectual property of Dunns Imaging Group Ltd.

Custom designs created for schools may be reused in marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
10. Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the product in question.
11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
